Promised Land Survey, LLC (PLS) was founded in February of 1998, with the idea of creating a company that could produce a top quality product at a very competitive price. Since inception we have grown from a two-person company working out of a basement, to a multi-disciplined firm with a well established office in Londonderry, New Hampshire. The geographic location of our office (right off Exit 4 Route 93) allows easy access throughout New Hampshire. PLS has performed work in every county of New Hampshire, as well as throughout New England and is eager to provide our services. Additionally, our GIS staff has contracted work outside "these borders" and has established an International presence. Our commitment to professional excellence has rewarded us with considerable growth and a first-class client base. We have diversified our services by including, not only the individual boundary surveys, but also the long term site development projects which involve both design and construction layout. Our staff includes two Licensed Land Surveyors, a Licensed Subsurface Designers, well trained CAD and Survey Technicians, and we have expanded our services to include GIS Mapping. In addition, by working closely with local engineering and environmental firms, we are able to provide our clients with a complete product.
